在杀虫剂中大多数都会含有有机磷，会通过呼吸道或者皮肤对人体进行一定的伤害，对人体的神经系统具有明显的毒性，所以闻多了容易发生中毒。
起初很容易刺激到呼吸道，出现打喷嚏、流鼻涕、咳嗽等症状，随后会引起颅神经的麻痹，以及感觉异常，出现头晕、头痛等神经症状，还有可能会导致视物模糊。如果继续接触的情况下，轻度中毒会出现头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐等临床症状。重度的还可能会出现抽搐与昏迷，甚至危及生命。这个时候就要让患者紧急离开杀虫剂的环境，同时需要把患者及时送往医院，接受正规的抢救治疗。
杀虫剂使用注意事项
1、房间喷药后人要立即离开，一个半小时后打开门窗，通风排气之后再进入。
2、孩子住的房间不要使用杀虫剂。尤其是大脑发育还未完善的婴幼儿和儿童，不要接触任何杀虫剂，包括蚊香、特别是劣质蚊香中掺有敌敌畏等有机磷农药，燃烧时农药散布在烟雾中，被婴儿吸入易致中毒，对大脑发育造成不良影响。

1、不会处理农药残留，家庭酿造不会做农残检测，采用的葡萄使用农药的情况也不清楚，只能依赖于对外皮的清洗来尽量降低农药残留。

6、储存条件不好，自酿的葡萄酒受到酒体本身和存放环境的限制，大都不适合存放较长时间。如果自酿的葡萄酒放了太长时间，很可能产生大量细菌和有害物质，对健康是不利的。
